Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support recruiting systems and vendors/tools, including troubleshooting and training
- Act as a liaison between recruiting teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Provide technical expertise in ATS and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, tooling, or data analytics
- Strong technical expertise in ATS platforms and related recruiting tools
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Knowledge of system implementation and data accuracy best practices
- Experience with recruiting analytics and key performance indicators
