Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Systems and Tools Specialist II to manage and optimize recruiting systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support recruiting systems and vendors/tools, including troubleshooting and training
• Act as a liaison between recruiting teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide technical expertise in ATS and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, tooling, or data analytics
• Strong technical expertise in ATS platforms and related recruiting tools
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Knowledge of system implementation and data accuracy best practices
• Experience with recruiting analytics and key performance indicators
