Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve recruiting processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive technical candidates and evaluate coding exercises
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles such as software engineering and data
- Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive talent markets
- Experience proctoring and coordinating coding assessments for technical candidates
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
