Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to scale its engineering and technical teams during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve recruiting processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive technical candidates and evaluate coding exercises

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles such as software engineering and data
• Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive talent markets
• Experience proctoring and coordinating coding assessments for technical candidates
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
