Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Employee Relations Specialist who excels at building strong relationships and navigating complex situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR topics including disciplinary actions and policy compliance
  • Conduct fair investigations into workplace concerns such as harassment and discrimination
  • Lead the investigative process, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations is required
  • Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
