Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Workforce Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of grant/award management processes, assessing and improving effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to grantees/awardees and partners, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service
- Manage program reporting for assigned projects, guiding grantees on reporting requirements and tracking metrics for funders and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of related work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products independently
- Innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship are encouraged in achieving organizational goals
