Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analyst to join the People Operations and Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within ServiceNow to manage data-related tickets and lead data clean-up projects
- Analyze business process issues and recommend improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines
- Document and map processes, support onboarding/offboarding teams, and run reports in Workday
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR operations experience
- 2-3 years of Workday experience, including EIBs and report generation
- Ability to document and map processes and follow established procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- BA/BS degree preferred
