HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to join the People Operations and Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within ServiceNow to manage data-related tickets and lead data clean-up projects
• Analyze business process issues and recommend improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines
• Document and map processes, support onboarding/offboarding teams, and run reports in Workday

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR operations experience
• 2-3 years of Workday experience, including EIBs and report generation
• Ability to document and map processes and follow established procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• BA/BS degree preferred
