Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in talent management or people operations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices across recruitment and performance management
- Experience in building and refining company policies and practices
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on people-related matters
