Key Responsibilities
- Process status changes, annual evaluations, and benefit elections
- Assist with educational assistance requests and generate necessary reports
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, may be waived based on experience
- 2 or more years of benefits administration experience
- Experience with benefits education and assisting employees with inquiries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Demonstrated high-quality customer service experience
