A company is looking for a Permanency Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate permanency planning for children by coordinating services and implementing permanency plans
- Conduct home studies, assessments, and assist families with the adoption process
- Advocate for families during the permanency process, including attending court hearings and community meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Service field
- Current CWEL certification
- Valid driver's license in good standing and current automobile insurance
- CPR and First Aid Certified, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
