Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR functions including compliance, benefits, and annual audits while advising leadership on best practices
- Serve as backup for leave of absence and benefits administration during peak periods or absences
- Monitor HR compliance and assist with internal audits, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Compliance, Leave Administration, & Benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws
- Excellent organizational skills
