Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Compliance & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR functions including compliance, benefits, and annual audits while advising leadership on best practices
  • Serve as backup for leave of absence and benefits administration during peak periods or absences
  • Monitor HR compliance and assist with internal audits, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Compliance, Leave Administration, & Benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
