Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a Recruiter
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
• Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies under tight deadlines
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
