- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
- Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies under tight deadlines
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
