Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Administrator/Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the performance management system, including customization and user support
  • Support goal creation, tracking, and alignment across the organization to ensure strategic consistency
  • Develop and implement techniques to improve performance management processes and create related documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience in performance management support
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and SOX procedures
