Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Administrator/Talent Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the performance management system, including customization and user support
- Support goal creation, tracking, and alignment across the organization to ensure strategic consistency
- Develop and implement techniques to improve performance management processes and create related documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience in performance management support
- Experience with Oracle HCM is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and SOX procedures
