Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for its Data Science Division, focusing on strategic HR leadership and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in partnership with business unit leadership
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives to foster employee growth and capability building
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strategic partnership with senior leaders
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Solid understanding of multistate labor laws and regulations
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
