Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in partnership with business unit leadership
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives to foster employee growth and capability building
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strategic partnership with senior leaders
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Solid understanding of multistate labor laws and regulations
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
