Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business functions
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
- Mentor and support junior team members while iterating on recruiting practices for efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
- Prior experience in fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations preferred
- Track record of success in high-velocity, output-driven environments
- Bachelor's Degree
