A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Advises business leaders on policy compliance and guides decision-making regarding teammate actions
- Recommends performance remediation and terminations while coaching leaders on handling sensitive conversations
- Facilitates workplace investigations and ensures business leaders are informed of relevant activities and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience in a mid to large-sized company, preferably in employee relations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
