Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with HR teams and vendors to implement tailored benefits solutions and ensure compliance
- Analyze and benchmark benefits programs, presenting recommendations for improvements based on data insights
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefits or HR management, with at least 3 years in an international context
- Strong understanding of international benefits design, administration, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with health and welfare systems, retirement plans, and regional employment laws
