Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefits or HR management, with at least 3 years in an international context
  • Strong understanding of international benefits design, administration, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with health and welfare systems, retirement plans, and regional employment laws
