Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with significant employee relations ownership
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven ability to build and manage performance and talent systems
- Strong understanding of compliance and sound judgment in process management
- Experience managing programs and projects effectively
