Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS)
- Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, including planning and execution
- Provide day-to-day support for HRIS, addressing technical issues and ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management
- Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
