A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their People Team and provide support within their HRIS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in the HRIS platform, including transactions related to various HR functions
- Serve as the first line of support for system-related inquiries and issues
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and updates, and assist in configuring business processes
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle and benefits
- Experience with HRIS modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Comfortable with system configuration and data uploads
