HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their People Team and provide support within their HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the HRIS platform, including transactions related to various HR functions
• Serve as the first line of support for system-related inquiries and issues
• Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and updates, and assist in configuring business processes

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle and benefits
• Experience with HRIS modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Comfortable with system configuration and data uploads
