Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and administration of market competitive compensation programs
- Analyze job roles to determine appropriate compensation grades and maintain salary structures
- Compile and analyze data for reporting and decision-making by HR and operational leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Compensation preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel
- Demonstrated data collection, analytic, and reporting skills
- High level of confidentiality required
