Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst responsible for analyzing and assisting in the development of various domestic and global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and administration of market competitive compensation programs
  • Analyze job roles to determine appropriate compensation grades and maintain salary structures
  • Compile and analyze data for reporting and decision-making by HR and operational leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Compensation preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel
  • Demonstrated data collection, analytic, and reporting skills
  • High level of confidentiality required
