Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and administers base and short- and long-term compensation programs
- Assists in preparing key metric reporting and market data for compensation analysis
- Performs administrative duties including data management and communication with employees and vendors
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of related experience and/or training
- One-year certificate from college/technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
