- Support talent review and succession planning initiatives across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Organizational Development
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional talent programs
- Experience in a global, matrix-driven work environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred
- Strong data analytics skills combined with conceptual thinking
