Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data integrity, including employee life cycle changes and reporting
- Manage benefits administration, including billing, integrations, and open enrollment processes
- Administer payroll processing and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR operations experience, particularly in payroll and benefits management
- Experience with Rippling HRIS strongly preferred
- Fluency in payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment law
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage HR processes and workflows efficiently
