- Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management and organizational development
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs and drive talent management and development plans
- Develop and monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role
- Experience supporting Director-level and revenue teams
- Experience in various HR functions and projects
- Experience in a growing, global software development environment is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and propose methods for continuous improvement
