Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to identify and engage top candidates across corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and create Ideal Candidate Profiles
• Build and maintain pipelines for full-time and specialized part-time roles
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in talent acquisition or sales, preferably in a high-growth company
• Proven success in sourcing for corporate/business roles and hard-to-find talent
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator and familiarity with other sourcing tools
• Experience working within an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Creative and proactive approach to engaging talent
