Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy for U.S. owned and operated venues
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve optimal hiring outcomes
  • Collaborate with venue operations and HR to forecast workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting functions
  • Strong data-oriented skills with the ability to analyze metrics and present insights
  • Expertise with recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRM
