Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy for U.S. owned and operated venues
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve optimal hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with venue operations and HR to forecast workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting functions
- Strong data-oriented skills with the ability to analyze metrics and present insights
- Expertise with recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRM
