Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in People leadership, with experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, L&D, and performance management
- Experience managing fully remote/distributed teams
- Strong ability to partner with executives and drive organizational alignment
- Recognized presence in the HR industry through speaking, publishing, or community influence
