Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance review systems and collaborate on goal-setting and feedback processes
  • Develop and enhance onboarding experiences and administer employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee employee relations cases, compliance matters, and benefits management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience with compliance requirements (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage/hour laws)
  • Strong background in employee relations and engagement strategy
  • Working knowledge of state-specific rules governing people operations
