A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance review systems and collaborate on goal-setting and feedback processes
- Develop and enhance onboarding experiences and administer employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee employee relations cases, compliance matters, and benefits management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience with compliance requirements (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage/hour laws)
- Strong background in employee relations and engagement strategy
- Working knowledge of state-specific rules governing people operations
