Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and HR team, providing operational support and guidance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance requirements in the Americas
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred
