A company is looking for a Benefits Manager for US & Canada Retirement Plans (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, compliance, and management of US and Canada retirement plans
- Develop and execute employee education initiatives and communication strategies regarding retirement benefits
- Ensure operational excellence through audits, process management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing US and Canada retirement plans
- Professional certifications (CPA, CEBS, QPA, or similar) preferred
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits context
- Strong understanding of US ERISA, DOL regulations, and Canadian CAP guidelines
