Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Lead/SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the HRIS, ensuring security, operations, reporting, and data integrity
• Participate in the migration from UltiPro to PeopleSoft and enhance processes
• Determine training needs for end-users and provide instruction on system features

Required Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience with UltiPro HRIS ERP
• Experience in managing HR systems, including ATS and HRIS
• Proficiency in data analysis, updates, exports, and imports
• Ability to investigate and address HRIS challenges effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create streamlined processes
