Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team for a six-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology teams, collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and hiring plans
  • Analyze and share recruitment data to facilitate decision-making and address roadblocks in the hiring process
  • Enhance the talent brand and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and passive candidates
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a minimum of 1 year in-house, preferably in HealthTech
  • Proven track record in sourcing and assessing candidates with niche skill sets in the US HealthTech space
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving recruitment processes
  • Experience using data to influence hiring decisions and manage candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, and AI technologies for recruitment purposes
