Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workable
- A proactive attitude with a high sense of urgency and ownership
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is preferred
