Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting process and enhance team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions
  • Proactively source talent through various channels and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and engineering roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workable
  • A proactive attitude with a high sense of urgency and ownership
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is preferred
