Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms preferred
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
