Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 5+ years of related industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday experience, particularly in Advanced Compensation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
  • General knowledge of compensation regulatory environments
