Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Workday experience, particularly in Advanced Compensation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
- General knowledge of compensation regulatory environments
