Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer domestic and international leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Manage benefits billing, reconciliation, and compliance reporting
• Design employee communication materials and support training sessions to enhance benefits engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including U.S. and international programs
• Strong knowledge of leave laws and workplace accommodations
• Experience with self-funded medical plans is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with HRIS and benefits platforms
• Ability to create engaging visual content using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
