Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HRBP to understand the operating model and culture while delivering core HRBP responsibilities
- Lead the HRBP team, managing HRBPs and ensuring strategic partnerships across all functions
- Establish systems for manager coaching, performance management, and talent retention
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HRBP experience with direct partnership with senior executives
- Experience leading HRBPs in a high-growth startup environment
- A strategic mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions and provide clear feedback
- Strong systems thinking and a bias for action to drive results
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
