Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer Lead in the Recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Lead Recruiter
• Maintain the sourcing system and manage funnel analytics to track effectiveness
• Conduct active candidate sourcing and improve talent acquisition processes in the Non-IT domain

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a sourcer
• Experience with performance analytics and understanding of recruitment funnels
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search queries
• Ability to test hypotheses and evaluate new sourcing channels
• English proficiency at B2 level
