A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer Lead in the Recruitment field.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Lead Recruiter
- Maintain the sourcing system and manage funnel analytics to track effectiveness
- Conduct active candidate sourcing and improve talent acquisition processes in the Non-IT domain
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a sourcer
- Experience with performance analytics and understanding of recruitment funnels
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search queries
- Ability to test hypotheses and evaluate new sourcing channels
- English proficiency at B2 level
