A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Analyst to manage its contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and ensure compliance of the non-employee lifecycle for the contingent workforce program
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline processes and maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Monitor and report on contingent workforce metrics, performance, and compliance to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or contractor/vendor relationships
  • Experience in developing policies, SOPs, or governance frameworks for workforce programs
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce models and compliance with labor laws/regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and contract management systems is a plus
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
