Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to build and manage their legal talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screenings and network interviews for the legal community
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on legal operations talent
• Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged

Qualifications

• Interest and/or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, or paralegal work preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with comfort in using technology platforms
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Strong interest in leveraging technology for efficiency in recruiting processes
