A company is looking for a VP, Head of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations, ensuring efficient and employee-centric processes
- Serve as the primary project manager for M&A enablement for People Ops
- Oversee HR Shared Services delivery, including employee support, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Master's degree preferred or 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in enhancing workflows and scaling HR operations using AI systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record in a growing company
- Experience with HR technologies and systems, including HRIS
