Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations, ensuring efficient and employee-centric processes
• Serve as the primary project manager for M&A enablement for People Ops
• Oversee HR Shared Services delivery, including employee support, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Master's degree preferred or 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing workflows and scaling HR operations using AI systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record in a growing company
• Experience with HR technologies and systems, including HRIS
