Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes for IT hiring projects
- Track and report key recruiting metrics and prepare dashboards for leadership
- Support employer branding projects and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or project management
- Familiarity with recruiting technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in workflow/process management and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
