Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - IT Recruiting Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes for IT hiring projects
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics and prepare dashboards for leadership
  • Support employer branding projects and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or project management
  • Familiarity with recruiting technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in workflow/process management and operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
