Senior Manager, Field Capacity Building

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Capacity Building.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored technical assistance to NAMI State Organizations (NSOs) and Affiliates (NAs) based on their unique needs
• Facilitate consultations and develop resources for organizational capacity building, including strategic planning and volunteer management
• Collaborate with teams to support NSOs and NAs, ensuring effective communication and integration of resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in non-profit organizations, with a preference for experience in a federated network
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing learning programs
• Previous project management experience and familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
