Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Senior Lead for Emerging Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Payroll implementations for small and mid-sized customers using the Spark & Grow methodology
- Configure complex payroll calculations and navigate regulatory complexities across applicable markets
- Establish repeatable delivery through the creation of localization checklists, templates, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Payroll implementation experience, including 3+ years leading end-to-end implementations
- Certification in at least one Workday Payroll country plus one additional Workday module
- Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll and interdependencies with Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits
- Experience with multiple positions and multiple FEINs, along with a solid understanding of payroll-related regulations
- Fluency in geography-specific payroll regulations as applicable (e.g., Canada and U.S.)
