A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and administer staffing and recruiting programs in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process using iCIMS, ensuring compliance with laws
  • Create and share reports on recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
  • Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
  • Initiative and independent judgment in assignments
