- Manage the recruiting process using iCIMS, ensuring compliance with laws
- Create and share reports on recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
- Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
- Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
- Initiative and independent judgment in assignments
