A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to lead the full hiring process for engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, including scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and offer delivery
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and understand team needs
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and networking
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a startup environment
- Successful experience closing niche technical candidates, such as machine learning engineers
- Experience with modern ATS systems like Greenhouse or Ashby
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings for sourcing talent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
