Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5 to 7 years focused on Global Benefits/Compensation
  • Background in finance or financial analysis related to total rewards strategy
  • Experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation legislation
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance; certifications like CCP or CEBS
