Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee compensation planning, including base pay, incentive plans, and executive compensation
- Manage employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, with 5 to 7 years focused on Global Benefits/Compensation
- Background in finance or financial analysis related to total rewards strategy
- Experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation legislation
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance; certifications like CCP or CEBS
