A company is looking for a Recruiting Consultant to specialize in placing Allied Healthcare professionals in school-based contract assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed individual daily and weekly goals to grow and retain travelers on assignment
• Plan prospecting strategies and contact potential candidates to establish relationships
• Update candidate database and lead email campaigns to promote opportunities and increase response rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in inside sales
• Experience in healthcare staffing
• Ability to negotiate competitive compensation packages
• Familiarity with candidate database management systems
