Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve issues related to compensation program development and administration
- Provide consultative support on job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity
- Lead the administration of short-term incentive programs and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, preferably in a global corporate setting
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in various compensation practice areas, including incentive compensation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
