Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Compensation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues related to compensation program development and administration
• Provide consultative support on job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity
• Lead the administration of short-term incentive programs and ensure compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, preferably in a global corporate setting
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in various compensation practice areas, including incentive compensation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
