Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, preferably in a global corporate setting
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in various compensation practice areas, including incentive compensation
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
