Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
- Experience supporting engineering, product, or technical organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong background in organizational design and performance management
- Excellent judgment in handling sensitive employee relations matters
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, distributed global environment
