Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role in a high-growth or tech environment
- Experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective people programs
- Builder mentality with adaptability and a proactive approach
- Desire to learn and grow within the HR field
